1. Who these terms are between
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (either individually or on behalf of the company you represent, “you”) and ANCO Digital Services LLC (“ANCO,” “we,” or “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using this website or purchasing a package from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. What we do
ANCO is a small studio that builds fixed-price automation packages for businesses. We currently offer two productized packages (Starter at $250, Standard at $300) and take on custom-quoted work above that when it fits. Full scope of each package is listed on our Pricing page.
We are not a SaaS provider. We do not host software on your behalf. We build automation into your existing tools and hand it over, along with documentation, once it’s working.
3. Your responsibilities
When you engage us for a package or use this site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information at intake, including any access credentials or API keys we need to do the work.
- Respond to scope questions within 2 business days so we can hit our delivery windows.
- Comply with all laws that apply to your business and to the workflows you’re asking us to automate.
- Only engage us for lawful business automation — nothing that violates third-party terms of service, sends unsolicited messages at scale, or automates decisions that legally require a human.
4. Packages, delivery, and revisions
Our packages are fixed price. What we agree at kickoff is what you pay — no hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices.
- Starter ($250): one workflow, up to two integrations, delivered in 5 business days, one revision round.
- Standard ($300): two workflows (or one complex one), up to four integrations, delivered in 10 business days, two revision rounds, plus 30 days of email support.
- Custom: quoted after a 30-minute call. Same fixed-price principle.
If we run past the delivery window because of something on our side, we don’t bill extra. If a delay is on your side (we’re waiting on access, decisions, or content), the clock pauses until we can move forward.
5. Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe. Standard billing is 50% at kickoff, 50% at delivery, net 15 on both invoices. We accept USD by default and EUR on request. If a card payment fails, you have 7 days to fix it before we pause work. We do not accept equity, barter, or contingent payment.
6. Refunds & cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: full refund if we haven’t started, prorated based on work delivered if we have.
7. Intellectual property
What we make for you belongs to you. Once you’ve paid, the automation code, configurations, and documentation we deliver for your project are yours to use, modify, and keep. You get the source. You get the runbook. Nothing is locked to us.
What we already had stays ours. Any pre-existing tools, templates, internal helpers, or general-purpose libraries we use to build faster remain our property. You get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them as part of the deliverable.
This website (design, code, copy) is our property. You may not copy it, mirror it, or use it to train a model.
8. Confidentiality
Anything you share with us in the course of a project (credentials, customer data, internal workflows, financial figures) is confidential. We won’t discuss it publicly, name you as a client without permission, or use it for anything other than delivering your project. If you need a signed NDA before the first call, ask — we’ll sign one.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
We deliver each package with reasonable professional care. For 30 days after handover, if something we built breaks in the way we said it should work, we fix it for free.
Beyond that, the site and any general content are provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services we provide is limited to the amount you paid us for the package the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost data, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ANCO against third-party claims that arise from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of the deliverables in a way we didn’t authorise, or (c) content or data you gave us that infringes someone else’s rights.
12. Termination
Either side can end an engagement in writing. If you cancel mid-project, our Refund Policy governs what’s owed. If we cancel because of a breach on your side or a project that turns out to be outside our scope, we’ll refund the unearned portion.
We may suspend access to the site immediately if we reasonably believe you’re misusing it (scraping, attacks, abusive contact, etc.).
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If you’re a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, this clause does not remove statutory rights you have under your local consumer protection law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If the changes are material, we’ll flag them on the homepage for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the site or engage us after that constitutes acceptance.
