These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Anco Digital Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ancodigitalservices.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
Anco Digital Services grants you a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
payments 5. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to our services, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method at the applicable plan rate (Essential: $250/mo, Advanced: $500/mo, or custom pricing as agreed).
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date. You will receive an invoice via email prior to each charge.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 business days. After 3 failed attempts, your service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for 60 days after notification.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the billing cycle.
block 6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

- check_circleAll client data will be made available for export for 30 days post-termination.
- check_circleAfter 30 days, all client data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
