1. Who we are

ANCO Digital Services LLC (“ANCO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a US limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, and the data controller for personal data collected through this website (ancodigitalservices.com).

2. What we collect and why

2.1 Information you give us directly

When you email us or use the contact form, we collect the information you send: your name, email address, company (optional), and the content of your message. We use this to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to scope and deliver the project.

2.2 Information about your visit

Our server produces standard web-access logs: IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps. These are kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging, then rotated out. We don’t use them for tracking.

2.3 Payment information

If you become a client, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We do receive: your name, billing email, the last four digits of the card, and the invoice amount, for our own records and tax accounting.

2.4 What we don’t collect

We don’t run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker on this site. We don’t build behavioural profiles. We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. There isn’t a “data monetisation” layer here to worry about.

3. Legal basis for processing (EU/EEA/UK)

If you’re in the EU, EEA, or UK, GDPR requires us to state a legal basis for each processing activity:

Consent — when you send the contact form, you consent to us using the information to reply.
Contract — if you become a client, we process the data needed to deliver the agreed package.
Legal obligation — we retain invoicing and tax records as required by US law.
Legitimate interest — short-lived server logs kept for security and debugging.

4. Sub-processors we use

To run the business, we rely on a small number of vendors who may process your data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy and each is bound by a data processing agreement or equivalent contractual terms:

Stripe, Inc. (USA) — payment processing.
Namecheap (USA) — domain registration and shared web hosting.
Google Workspace (Google LLC, USA) — email delivery for hello@ancodigitalservices.com.

We do not use ad networks, marketing analytics, or data brokers. If we add a new sub-processor, we’ll update this list and change the “Last updated” date.

5. International data transfers

We’re based in the United States, and our sub-processors are US companies. If you’re in the EU/EEA or UK, your data will be transferred to the US. Stripe, Google, and Namecheap rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for lawful transfer. We rely on those same mechanisms.

6. How long we keep your data

Contact form messages — kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted.
Client project data — kept for the duration of the engagement and 30 days after handover, then deleted unless you ask us to keep specific artefacts.
Invoices & billing records — kept for 7 years to meet US tax and accounting rules.
Web-access logs — rotated out after 30 days.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email hello@ancodigitalservices.com to:

Access — ask what we hold about you.
Correct — ask us to fix anything wrong or incomplete.
Delete — ask us to erase your data (subject to the tax-retention rule above).
Object or restrict — tell us to stop using it in a particular way.
Data portability — ask for a machine-readable export.
Withdraw consent — if we’re relying on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We reply to requests within 30 days. There’s no fee unless the request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive (which basically never happens).

If you’re in the EU/EEA or UK and you think we’ve mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We’d rather hear from you directly first so we can fix it — but that right stands either way.

8. Security

The site runs on HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Contact-form submissions are stored in a database that isn’t publicly reachable. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We don’t store card numbers, ever. No system is unhackable — if a breach affects you, we’ll notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

9. Children

The service is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has sent us data by mistake, email us and we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page when the way we handle data changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
